The Touch of Heaven Entertainment Dream Maker Independent Artist Showcase & Fashion Show Tour is a national, festival-style experience created to bring independent music, fashion, education, professional development, community engagement and opportunity together on one stage.
Launching in March 2027 and running through October, each city is envisioned as a week-long experience featuring live performances, runway productions, educational opportunities, community programming and brand activations.

Coordinated runway productions featuring emerging models and designers.
Education
Dream Maker Academy and Teen Universe programming introduce young people to entertainment careers, creativity, professionalism and purpose.

The 2027 Route
Ten Cities. Nine States.
Charlotte and Greenville both sit in North Carolina — ten stops across nine states, running March through October 2027.
Dates, venues and on-sale information will be published here as each market is confirmed.
National Opportunity, Local Discovery
Traveling Core Teams will represent the Tour across the 2027 season, while local and regional talent can participate in individual markets. This structure creates continuity at the national level while giving every host community a meaningful place in the experience.
More Than a Performance
The Tour is designed not only to showcase talent, but to help develop it. Artists, models, designers, dancers, creators and production professionals can gain live experience, professional content, stronger portfolios, new relationships, and the chance to learn the business behind their craft.

The designer seeking a national runway. The model building a portfolio. The dancer practising when nobody is watching. The creator who refuses to give up.
Those are the Dream Makers. In 2027, we are building a stage for them.
